Pump: Positive displacement type Gear Pump is fitted at mid –ship / rear of the Foam Nurser vehicle.
Power Take Off: Transmission Mounted Power Take Off unit preferably supplied by chassis manufacturer is use to
drive the foam pump.
Foam Tank: A High Capacity foam tank of Stainless steel material is installed on vehicle with respect to the design
capacity of the chassis.

Quick response vehicle which is also called as First response vehicle is built on small commercial chassis of
reputed make like Isuzu, Ford, Force, TATA, Mahindra, Eicher Ashok Leyland etc.
Ultra High Pressure water mist technology installed in vehicle with Plunger pump of imported reputed make.
The Ultra high pressure pump is either driven by Transmission mounted PTO or auxiliary engine with respect to the performance requirement.
Water Tank of suitable capacity with respect to chassis payload is designed and installed on vehicle. The material of
construction of tanks is suggested as per the environmental condition and application. The MOC shall be Stainless
Steel / Poly-propelyn / GRP,
Foam tank of required capacity with respect to application and design is provided with MOC Stainless steel / GRP / Poly-propelyn
Automatic rewind Hose reel is provided with Hose of 19mm dia X 30 mtr long. Hoses used in for Water mist is tested
for more than 100 bar working pressure and 200 bar Bursting pressure.
Accessories: - Considering First responder, Vehicle is occupied with Rescue tool, Entry tool, BA set, small Gears,
Chain saw etc. Light Mast and 2-ton Winch shall also be provided as per the requirement of customer.
