Product Description
Riot control vehicle will be fabricated on either Mercedes Benz/Bharat Benz /Volvo/TATA/ASHOK LEYLAND /or equivalent
Water Tank of suitable capacity with respect to chassis payload is designed and installed on vehicle.
The material of construction of tanks is suggested as per the environmental condition and application. The MOC shall be MS with anticorrosive treatment / Stainless Steel. Irritant & Indelible Ink tank of required capacity with respect to application and design is provided with MOC Stainless steel.
Pump: Vijay make double stage centrifugal pump with discharge of 3200 lpm at 8.5 kg/cm²
Engine for driving pump: Suitable diesel engine would be used for driving the pump.
Water Cannon: One or two Nos water cannon would be mounted on top of the cabin,. It will have a discharge rate of 1100 lpm at 10.5 kg/cm² with a throw of 50 meter
Pulse Jet arrangement: The setting of one second ON and 2 seconds OFF
Front & Rear: Two nozzles in the front & two at rear of the vehicle for the protection of the tyres.
